Kasey Rideout Pedersen

On the morning of Thursday, September 22, 2016, Kasey Pedersen passed away after a long and hard-fought battle with Lyme Disease. She was 29 years old.

Kasey was born on December 14, 1986 in San Antonio, Texas and grew up in the Warner Robins/Bonaire area. She was a 2005 graduate of Warner Robins High School and a longtime employee of Lowe's Home Improvement. In her spare time, Kasey enjoyed making homemade bath products such as soaps and lotions for friends and family with the Lemons to Lyme Bath Company. Bonaire First Baptist was her church home.

She was a huge advocate for Lyme Disease awareness. Diagnosed with the disease four years ago, Kasey fought courageously so that she could spend as much time as possible with her two children who meant the world to her. Her strong will to fight and unwavering faith will forever live in the hearts of all who knew her.

Kasey leaves her memory behind with her loving husband, James Todd Pedersen and their children, Layla Marie and Gavin Cole Pedersen, all of Bonaire; mother and stepfather, Donna Wills Head and Lee Loudermilk of Bonaire; father and stepmother, Jeffrey C. and Gwen L. Rideout of Bonaire; siblings, Geoffrey "Matt," Jennifer Nicole, and Jessica Ann Rideout; maternal grandfather, George B. Wills of Bonaire; paternal grandmother, Elizabeth Rideout of Kennesaw; and step-grandparents, Roy and Jackie Curl.

Visitation will be Sunday, September 25th from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, September 26th in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with the Rev. David Knight officiating. Following the service, Mrs. Pedersen will be laid to rest in Bonaire Cemetery.
