A.B. Cooper

December 5, 1912 — April 29, 2002

Mr. A. B. Cooper, 89, died Monday, April 29, at Houston Medical Center. Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, May 2, in the Chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment following in Magnolia Park Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the First Baptist Church of Warner Robins Building Fund, 1135 Watson Boulevard, Warner Robins, 31093.

Mr. Cooper was born in Dublin, GA. He was retired from Civil Service at Robins Air Force Base. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Warner Robins, where he was a member of the Ready Builders Sunday School class. A Deacon and Sunday School teacher, he was also a Charter Member of Second Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Martha Cooper.

Survivors include his wife, Louise B. Cooper; son, William Andrew Cooper, Sr., Macon; grandson, William Andrew Cooper, Jr., Macon; and sisters, Martha Evelyn Cooper Brown, Stockbridge; Dorothy Vernon Cooper Clay, Warner Robins; and Helen Ruth Cooper Allen, Dublin.

McCullough Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
