August 24, 1948 — August 22, 2020

Agatha Felice Kelley of Perry passed away August 22, 2020, two days shy of her 72nd birthday. Agatha was born on August 24, 1948, in Pulaski, Tennessee, to the late George Henry Kelley, Sr., and the late Mary Jeanette Crabb Kelley. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, William R. Lowe.

Although she was born in Tennessee, Agatha lived most of her life in Perry, Georgia. She retired from the Houston County Board of Education after many years as a food service worker. An avid crafter and cooking enthusiast, she possessed a green thumb, spending her time growing plants and flowers. This loving mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt was always ready for a shopping trip or to travel.

Those left to treasure her memory include a son, Brandy J. Baxley; daughter, Candy J. Stone (David Huntzinger), and grandson Nate Huntzinger; grandson Brian Stone (Samantha Hales), great grandson Carson Hales, and great granddaughter, Silver Stone; granddaughter Brianna Knight (Joshua Knight); great granddaughter Gracelyn Knight, and great grandsons Brantley Knight and Wyatt Knight; granddaughter Lacy Stone (James Alexander), great grandsons, Kohen Stone and Hardin Alexander; sister Cynthia Jame; nieces, Jessica James and Erica James; brother George Kelley Jr.; and nieces, Samantha Kelley and Brittany Kelley.

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 29, 2020, at McCullough Funeral Home with services to follow starting at 11:00 a.m. in the McCullough Funeral Home Chapel.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in memory of Agatha Kelley to the American Lung Association, 2452 Spring Road, Smyrna, GA 30080.

McCullough Funeral Home and Crematory has the privilege of being entrusted with these arrangements.
