Alvin Comer Whitson Martin, Jr.

Alvin Comer Whitson Martin, Jr., 44, entered into rest on Sunday, March 16, 2014.

Alvin was born on December 3, 1969 and was of the Church of God faith. He worked in the construction business for most of his life. Alvin never met a stranger and brought a smile to many faces all over the Warner Robins area. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

His mother, Nancy Lee Vetzel Barwick and sister, Nyoaka Faye Moates, preceded him in death.

His memory will forever be treasured by his son, Chad Martin; father, Alvin Comer Whitson Martin, Sr. of Sylacauga, Alabama; sister, Delta Dawn Phillips-Pierce of Moultrie, Georgia; and stepfather, Donald Mitchell Barwick, Sr.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 22, 2014 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment following in Magnolia Park Cemetery.
