Andrew Daniels

Andrew Daniels, 89, entered into rest on Monday, December 24, 2012.

Mr. Daniels was born on January 5, 1923 in Troy, Alabama to the late M.D. Daniels and Mary Johns Daniels. He proudly served his country in the United States Army during World War II and later retired from Civil Service at Robins Air Force Base. A devoted member of First Freewill Baptist Church, Mr. Daniels was also involved in the community as a member of the American Legion, VFW of Warner Robins, and was a Mason of Hawkinsville. In addition to his parents, his grandson, Danny Bozeman; and stepchildren, Calvin Mullis and Kathy Kindell preceded him in death.

His memory will forever be treasured by his loving wife, Mae T. Daniels, Byron; children, Betty Ann Jamieson (Charles), Vidalia, Andrew Daniels, Jr. (Betty), Hawkinsville, and Danny Ray Daniels (Joni), Woodruff, South Carolina; stepson, Wayne Mullis, Warner Robins; twelve grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; siblings, Gertrude Galloway, Shirley Grimes, Malcolm Daniels, and Donnie Daniels, all of Alabama; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Thursday, December 27, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 28, 2012 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment following in Magnolia Park Cemetery.
