Angela "Angie" Lynn Bryant

December 19, 1971 — October 27, 2020

Angie Bryant, born on December 19, 1971, went to be with her Lord and Savior in Heaven on Tuesday, October 27, 2020. She was 48 years old. She was a native of Perry, Georgia, where she attended the Westfield School through ninth grade, then Perry High School, and went on to graduate from Dublin High School in 1987.

Of the Baptist faith, Angie was a dedicated wife and mother who lived a full life. She loved gardening, going to the beach, and feeding ducks and mallards outside by the pond, especially her pet white heron, Bob. Angie was also an avid ‘Facebooker’ where she kept up with countless friends and their families. Looking at the lights of St. Augustine while night cruising was what she called her happy place.

Angie was always giving of herself, reaching out to anyone who needed a friend, prayer, or guidance she could provide. She loved sitting on the patio and listening to her favorite music. She was constantly looking for something on the internet she thought someone would enjoy and ordering it for them. Angie loved giving to others.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jimmy Chapman; and her maternal grandparents, Ed and Sadie Byrd.

Those left to cherish her memory are her devoted husband of five years, Aaron Bryant of St. Augustine; children, Stephanie Fussell of Milan, Georgia and Gabriel Clement of Douglas, Georgia; mother, Sandra B. Johnson (Perry) of Macon; siblings, Rachel Green of Brunswick and brother, Tony Johnson (Julia) of Bonaire; aunt, Gail Baase; numerous extended family members; and her sweet cat, Chanel.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 31, 2020, from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 1, 2020, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with Pastor Ed Chambless officiating. Angie will be laid to rest in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens following the service.

For friends unable to attend at this time, the service will be streamed live via the McCullough Funeral Home Facebook page at www.facebook.com/mcculloughfuneralhome/live/.
