Barbara Baggett Bridges

Barbara B. Bridges, 87, entered into rest on Sunday, March 6, 2016.

Barbara was born on May 5, 1928 in Dudley, Georgia to the late Leon and Myrtle Collins Baggett. A retired legal secretary, she worked for several attorneys in the Warner Robins Area. Barbara faithfully served her family and God and was a devoted member of Shirley Hills Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Oliver G. Bridges; and a son, Mark O. Bridges.

Barbara leaves her memory behind with her loving son, Terry Bridges (Clio Jane) of Warner Robins; grandchildren, Britt Michael Bridges (Jessica) of Macon, Christy Bridges Rose (David) of Green Cove Springs, Florida, and Nichole Reckel (Scott), Sean Oliver Bridges, Corrine M. Bridges, and Margeaux Bridges Thomas; great-grandchildren, Brittany Bridges Millican, Britt Bridges, Jr., Elizabeth Rose, and Alexandria Rose; and three great-great-grandchildren, including Britlyn Bridges.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 9, 2016 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given in memory of Barbara to your favorite charity.
