Betty Jean Nelson

Betty Jean Nelson, formerly of Warner Robins, Georgia, entered into rest on Thursday, May 5, 2016. She was 87 years old.

Betty was born in Lansing, Michigan on May 1, 1929 to the late Otto and Opal Roeske Meyers. Living most of her life in Warner Robins, she retired from Civil Service as an expeditor. She moved to Frederic, Wisconsin following her retirement 22 years ago. A devout member of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church, Betty was always very active in the church and enjoyed helping with Vacation Bible School.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Lyle Nelson; son, Danny Pace; and three grandchildren, Robbie, Timothy, and Jessica Pace.

Betty leaves her memory behind with her loving sons, Dennis James Pace (Kathy) of Centerville, Donald Richard Pace (Diane) of Perry, and David Allen Pace (Helen) of Frederic, Wisconsin; and five grandchildren.
