Billy Nettles, Sr.

Billy Nettles, Sr., 67, entered into rest on Saturday, November 26, 2016.

Billy was born on September 14, 1949 in Jesup, Georgia. He retired as a contract parts manager at Robins Air Force Base after many years of dedicated service. Billy was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed spending time with his beloved family. He was of the Baptist faith.

His parents, James and Sara Nettles and sister, Patsy Douglas, preceded him in death.

His memory will forever be treasured by his beloved wife of forty-eight years, Brenda McCullough Nettles; son, Billy Nettles, Jr. of Warner Robins; daughters, Sheryl Rogers and her husband, Kelley, of Williston, South Carolina, Margarett Woodham and her husband, John, of Warner Robins; grandchildren, Dylan Woodham, William McCandless and Taylor Woodham all of Warner Robins.

Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 2:30 p.m. Afterwards, Billy will be laid to rest in Magnolia Park Cemetery.
