Buford Yearwood

Buford “Buddy” Yearwood, 61, passed away on Monday, December 12, 2005. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 15, 2005, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment following in Magnolia Park Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 14, 2005 from 7 until 9 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home.

Mr. Yearwood was born on December 7, 1944 in Athens, Georgia. Mr. Yearwood lived in Warner Robins for the past twenty years and was an avid golfer. His parents, William Yearwood and Ruby Stinson, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his wife, Doris Yearwood, Warner Robins; daughters, Diane Muns, Dublin, Georgia; Paula Long, Charleston, South Carolina; Penny Alaniz, Houston, Texas; Christy Thigpen, Dublin, Georgia; Elizabeth Yearwood, Warner Robins; son, Charles Yearwood, Dry Branch, Georgia; grandson, Jason Greer, Dublin, Georgia; ten grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, sisters, Peggy Stinson Tidwell, Warner Robins; Jenny Bowles, Augusta, Georgia; brother, Steve Stinson, Augusta, Georgia; and a number of nieces and nephews.
