Carole Madeline Walsh

Carole Madeline Walsh passed away on December 15, 2020, in Macon. She was 87 years old. Carole was born to the late William and Alma Walsh. She grew up in the Boston, Massachusetts area. After graduating high school, she went on to earn a degree in social work. She retired from the State of Georgia after dedicating her life to social work. Carole was of the Catholic faith and attended St. Peter’s Catholic Church.

Preceding her in death were her brothers, Bob Walsh (Edna) and John Walsh (Elaine); sister, Claire Caroles (Francis). Survivors include her nieces and nephews, Suzanne, Mike, Cindy, Frances Jr., David, James, Patrick, Paula, Pam, Leanne, Eric, and Kerri.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 21, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. A procession will leave McCullough Funeral Home at 10:30 a.m. to lead the family to Glen Haven Memorial Gardens where Miss Walsh will be laid to rest following the service. Monsignor Fred Nijem will officiate the service.
