Casey was born June 30, 1975, in Springfield, Illinois. When Casey was 20 years old, he was diagnosed with Muscular Dystrophy but he didn’t let his disease dampen his fun-loving spirit. He was the life of the party who was constantly smiling. He was blessed with the ability to keep everyone around him laughing.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a memorial fund for Casey with checks made payable to McCullough Funeral Home.

A memorial service to celebrate Casey’s life will be held at a later date.
