Mr. Russell was born on November 13, 1934 in Cleveland, Tennessee. His parents, Charles and Marie Russell, preceded him in death.

His memory will forever be treasured by his children, Charles R. Russell, Donna Russell Dixon, Lisa Russell and Tommy Russell; grandchildren, Anthony Russell and Derek Dixon; great grandchild, Anthony Russell, Jr.; sister, Judith Mariano and brother, Robert Russell.
