Charles Wesson Camp

September 15, 1964 — October 14, 2021

Charles Wesson Camp, 57, went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Thursday, October 14, 2021. Of the Baptist faith, he was born in Warner Robins on September 15, 1964, and enlisted in the United States Air Force at age 17. Charles proudly served his country for five years in the military and later worked as a machinist, then for Pepsi-Cola, and eventually retired from Civil Service at Robins Air Force Base. In addition, Charles was an avid fan of both the Alabama Crimson Tide (ROLLTIDE!) and the Georgia Bulldogs (GO DAWGS!) football teams.

Charles was preceded in death by his father, Edwin Camp; and his brother, Glenn Camp.

Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Shirley Camp of Centerville; sister, Terri C. Johnson (Stewart) of Byron; and several nieces and nephews.
