Charlie Clyde Shankle

Clyde Shankle, 56, passed away on Sunday, July16, 2006. Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 19, 2006 at Southside Baptist Church with interment following in Parkway Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Tuesday, July 18, 2006 from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Mr. Shankle was born on March 12, 1950 in Decatur, Alabama. He was a member of Southside Baptist Church and the Lost and Found Sunday School Class which he taught. His parents, Barney Kelsey Shankle and Lula Mae Shankle, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his wife, Dollie Shankle, Byron; daughters, Brittni (Bucky) Helms, Taylor Shankle, Byron; sons, Robby (Trina) Shankle, Preston Shankle, Byron; Rodney Shankle, Trinity, AL; sisters, Delores Pettey, Melissa Kirby, Decatur, AL; Dean Haeussler, Manchester, MI; Debra Little, NC; brothers, Wendell Shankle, Duel Shankle, Decatur, Al; Johnny Shankle, Rudy Shankle, Ypsilanti, MI; grandchildren, Teran Shankle, Tyler Shankle, Spencer Shankle, Peyton Shankle, Aiyana Helms and Walker Helms.
