Clara Alberta Hill, 71, passed away on Monday, October 27, 2003 at an area hospital. Visitation will be Wednesday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. The funeral services will be private, with interment in Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Milledgeville.

Born in Mutual, Oklahoma, Mrs. Hill was the daughter of the late William T. and Agnes Winstead. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, Wilburn Hill, Danville; daughter and son-in-law, Joyce and Gus Groves, Warner Robins; son and daughter-in-law, Steven and Lorraine Hill, Athens; sisters, Elsie Mae Payne, Toy Guthrie, Lillie Thomas, and Georgia Lee Eubanks, all of Woodward, OK; and grandsons, David Groves, Warner Robins; and Joseph Hill and Benjamin Hill, both of Athens.
