Connie E. Baylor

Constance E. "Connie" Baylor, 61, entered into rest on Tuesday, July 16, 2013.

Connie was born on June 3, 1952 in Asheville, North Carolina to the late Bernice and Betty Warren Shope. She was a member of Southside Baptist Church of Kathleen. With pride and honor, she served her country for two years as a Lieutenant in the United States Air Force. Connie received her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from East Tennessee State University. She was a loving homemaker and enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, and bingo. Her parents and one brother, Stanley Shope, all preceded her in death.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her loving husband of thirty five years, Alan Baylor, Kathleen, Georgia; daughter and son-in-law, Erin and William Flournoy, Warner Robins, Georgia; brother, Terry R. Shope (Cindy), Knoxville, Tennessee; sister, Susan Lubatkin (Marc), Alpharetta, Georgia; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 20, 2013 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. The family will receive visitors one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will be private. Memorial donations may be made to the donor's favorite charity.
