Cynthia M. Beckman

Warner Robins – Cynthia M. Beckman, 55, passed away on Monday, October 20, 2003 at the Medical Center of Central Georgia. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 25 in Parkway Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Friday from 7:00 to 9:00 pm at McCullough Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the Special Olympics Penny Drive at SW Laurens Elementary, 1799 Hwy. 117, Rentz, GA 31075.

Cindy Beckman was born in Crawfordsville, Indiana. She was a special education teacher, having worked 14 years with Laurens County Schools, and actively worked with the Georgia PINES Program for special needs children. Her father, Robert Mangus, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her husband, Tom G. Beckman, Warner Robins; mother, Betty Mangus, South Bend, IN; four daughters, Stacie Matchan, Alpharetta; Michelle Rowland, Milledgeville; and Tammy Beckman and Renee Beckman, both of Warner Robins; two brothers, Al Mangus, South Bend, IN; and Greg Mangus, Freemont, IN; and granddaughter, Storm Rowland, Milledgeville.
