D. Wesley Hughes

Mr. D. Wesley Hughes passed away on Wednesday, December 4, 2002, at his home. Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, December 7 at Christ United Methodist Church with visitation beginning one hour prior to the service at the church.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the Wesley Glen Ministries, 4580 North Mumford Road, Macon, GA, 31210 or Hospice of Houston County, 2066 Watson Boulevard, Warner Robins, GA, 31093.

Mr. Hughes was born in Columbus, OH. Prior to moving to Warner Robins eighteen months ago, he had lived in Mason, OH. He was a sales associate at Home Depot, a Master Mason of the Humboldt Lodge, a member of the Scottish Rite, Valley of Cincinnati, the Syrian Temple and the Kentucky Colonels. His parents, David O. and Betty J. Hughes, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his wife of 35 years, Lynda D. Hughes, Bonaire; two daughters, Jennifer Davidson (Wayne), Warner Robins; Suzanne Moseley (Duffy), Plain City, OH; two sons, Regan Hughes and Kenneth Hughes, both of Columbus, OH; brothers, Stan Hughes, Peoria, AZ; David Hughes, Toledo, OH; sister, Carol Henry, Groveport, OH; and five grandchildren.
