Daisy Lois Crookshank

Warner Robins – Daisy Lois Crookshank, 92, passed away on Wednesday, March 9, 2005 at Houston Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, March 11, 2005 at the Chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with entombment following in Magnolia Park Mausoleum. Visitation will be one hour prior to service at McCullough Funeral Home.

Ms. Crookshank was born December 14, 1912 in Raul, West Virginia to the late Joseph B. and Jennie B. Crookshank. She was a member of Middletown Baptist Church in Delaware and was a homemaker.

Ms. Crookshank is survived by, long time friend, Gladys Blalock, Centerville, Georgia; four sisters.
