Dallas Demarcus Oates was born on Sunday, May 1, 2016 and met the eyes of Jesus the same day.
Dallas was the son of Elegante Oates and David Lowe. He is also survived by his siblings, Shakemia and D'Tresvian Soloman, and Antwayne Taylor, Jr.; maternal grandmother, Azzie Oates; and paternal grandmother, Frances Lowe.
A visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 15th at McCullough Funeral Home. At the family's request, burial will be private.
