Danale Randolph, 73, entered into rest on August 26, 2008. Ms. Randolph was born on September 20, 1934, in Pampa, Texas. Formerly from North Augusta, South Carolina, she lived in the middle Georgia area for the past eight years. She retired after thirty years of teaching in early childhood. She enjoyed singing in the choir of her home church, St. John United Methodist Church in Augusta, Georgia, and loved to square dance. Her parents, Pfluger Wampler and Nita McCall Wampler, preceded her in death.
Her memory will forever be treasured by her daughter, Carla (Stan) Cook, Fort Valley; son, Mark (Lisa) Randolph, North Augusta, South Carolina; brother, Jan (Polly) Wampler, Lubbock, Texas; grandchildren, Laura Cook, John Cook and Holly Randolph; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Friday, August 29, 2008, from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 29, 2008, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with Pastor Bob Moon officiating. Interment will follow in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Heart of Georgia Hospice, 103 Westridge Drive, Warner Robins GA 31088.
