Debora "D.J." Robinson Bazemore

D.J. Bazemore, loving mother, grandmother, daughter, and sister, was called to the Lord on Saturday, August 11, 2018. She was 61 years old.

D.J. was born in Kokomo, Indiana on May 12, 1957, the beautiful daughter of Robbie and Mary E. Robinson. A daughter of a military father, she settled in Warner Robins and was a resident for 50 years. In 1975, D.J. graduated from Warner Robins High School and she worked in the printing industry many years. She also worked with different contractors at Robins Air Force Base and for the last year worked for Civil Service on base. She was generous and big-hearted, and her home became open to more than just her own. D.J. was a friend to all of the kids in the neighborhood. She also had a love for all animals and her backyard was a sanctuary for many kinds as she loved to feed and watch them.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her loving daughters, Amber Moxley of Macon and Lindsay Morgan of Warner Robins; grandchildren, Sienna Reneé Moxley, Aiden Aaron Chambers, Mack Wayne Brown, and Katey Marie Conley; parents, Billy J. and Mary E. Robinson, of Bonaire; and brother, Carl Robinson (Marie) of Jacksonville, Florida.

Visitation will be Wednesday, August 15, 2018, from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A memorial service celebrating D.J.’s life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 16, 2018 at First Presbyterian Church Warner Robins with Rev. Paula S. Hoffman officiating. D.J. will be laid to rest in a private graveside ceremony at Magnolia Park Cemetery.

The family will accept flowers, but those who wish may make memorial donations in memory of D.J. to the Humane Society of Houston County, Inc., P.O. Box 9588, Warner Robins, GA 31088.
