Delores Z. Farris

Delores Farris passed away at her residence on Friday afternoon, April 19, 2019. She was 91 years old.

Born in Kentucky on July 2, 1927, Delores was the daughter of the late Henry and Pansey Zachary. She retired from Phillip Morris USA as a machine operator in Kentucky, loved gardening, crocheting and sewing in her retirement years. The love Delores had for her family will always be remembered by everyone who knew her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Paul Barney Farris; daughter, Paulette Farris; and three brothers; Charles Zachary, Winston Zachary, and Dickey Coffey.

She leaves many good memories behind with her loving son, Paul “Mike” Farris (Debra) of Macon; grandsons, Eric Farris (Caron) and Brian Farris, both of Warner Robins; great-grandchildren, Trenton, Caitlin, and Ellie Farris.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 24, 2019, in the chapel of Louisville Memorial Gardens, 4400 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216.
