Diann Cox Kennedy rose to glory on Wednesday, October 8, 2008.

Ms. Kennedy was born on April 29 in Macon. Growing up in a loving military family, she and her siblings enjoyed living in many different states and in England. She was married for eighteen years to Commander Bob Kennedy, United States Navy. She has lived in Warner Robins for the past twenty-eight years. Her father, Lieutenant Colonel James Cox; brother, David Cox; and grandson, Stephan "Alex" Martin, preceded her in death.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her mother, Mildred Cox; daughters, Doraine Kennedy (Clayton) and Dayna Kennedy Harbin; sisters, Donna Guillory, Warner Robins, DeeDee Spann, Warner Robins, and Doraine Willis, Cochran; grandchildren, Ryan Kennedy, Connor Harbin, Alexandria Harbin and Ashley Williams; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be Thursday, October 9, 2008, from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 10, 2008, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home, Chaplain Michael Rodgers officiating. Interment will follow in Magnolia Park Cemetery. Memorial donations may be given to Susan G. Komen "For the Cure" Central Georgia, 248 Tom Hill Sr. Blvd. PMB 437, Macon GA 31210.
