Donald D. Williams

Donald "Don" Williams, 69, passed away on Saturday, April 4, 2015.

Don was born on April 13, 1945, in Buford, Georgia. A graduate of the University of Georgia, he worked and travelled internationally during his career in finance. Most recently, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Tolleson Land Investment and Properties of Perry, Georgia, retiring early in 2015. Don was an avid outdoorsman with a strong appreciation of nature. His parents, Edgar and Mary Williams, Sr., preceded him in death.

His memory will forever be treasured by his loving wife, Lurene "Sandy" Williams; sons, Scott Williams (Vicki), New York, New York and Todd Williams (Aimee Shaughnessy), Jupiter, Florida; brothers, Edgar F. Williams, Jr. (Helen), Duluth, Georgia; Jimmy V. Williams, Lawrenceville, Georgia and several beloved nieces and nephews.

A visitation gathering will be held Thursday, April 9, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home 417 S. Houston Lake Road, Warner Robins, Georgia 31088. Interment will be private.

Don attended First Baptist Church of Perry for eighteen years. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given In Memory of Donald D. Williams to First Baptist Church of Perry, 1105 Main Street Perry, Georgia 31069.
