Donald Wayne Forrester, Jr., 50, entered into rest on May 4, 2010.
Don was born on May 2, 1960, in Atlanta. He was an Operations Manager at Cofer Brothers Lumber Company. In addition, he was a two time national ASA softball champion. He was inducted into the National Softball Hall of Fame due to his outstanding athletic ability.
His memory will forever be treasured by his wife, Joy Forrester; children, Kylie Forrester, Fairhope, AL, and Wes Ingram (Christy), Tucker; grandchildren, Chayndler and Forrester Anderson, and Landen Ingram.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 6, 2010, at Christ Gospel Church, Chaplain Todd Sherwin officiating. Interment will be private.
