Doretha Lott Brown

Doretha Lott Brown, 82, passed away on Thursday, April 12, 2007.

Mrs. Brown was born on April 28, 1924 in Broxton, Georgia. Doretha had been a resident of Warner Robins since 1966. Her true passions were being a loving wife and raising her loving family. Doretha was a fabulous homemaker. She was of the Baptist faith. Her husband, George Clifton Brown, Sr., and her parents, John Daniel and Wootie Trowel Lott, all preceded her in death.

She will be missed by her children, George C. Brown, Jr., and his wife Beth, Norcross; daughter, Karen Scarborough and her husband Al, Macon; George Hester, Warner Robins; granddaughter, Rebecca Lynn Higginbotham and her husband Neil, Warner Robins; granddaughter, Amber Leigh Eden and her husband Tommy, Newnan; grandson, Jesse Stewart, Centerville; Matthew Hester, North Carolina; seven great-grandchildren, Taylor, Whitney, Zach, Sebastian, Kayla, Abrielle, and Braylee.

Visitation will be Friday evening from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 14, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment following in Magnolia Park Cemetery.
