Doris Prenkevich, 86, entered into rest on Saturday, September 26, 2009.
Mrs. Prenkevich was born on May 17, 1923 in Chattanooga, Tennessee. A retired Production Controller from Robins Air Force Base, she especially enjoyed gardening, traveling, cooking and crocheting. She was a longtime member of Second Baptist Church. She was preceded her in death by her husband of thirty-four years, Stanley Joseph Prenkevich, son, Lake "Terry" Swafford, and parents, Leslie Hudson and Ida Belle Rapier Hudson. .
Her memory will forever be treasured by her son, Barry Swafford (Cindy) Warner Robins; grandsons, Steven, Matthew and Blake Swafford; great-grandson, Dylan Swafford; a number of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Monday, September 28, 2009, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 29, 2009, at Magnolia Park Cemetery, the Reverend Mike Slade officiating.
