Warner Robins – Mrs. Dorothy E. Blazi passed away on Saturday, February 1, 2003 at the Peachbelt Nursing Center. Services will be private. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.

Mrs. Blazi was born in Harrisburg, PA and she was a homemaker. Her husband, Charles J. Blazi and parents, William David and Lile Ramsey Smith, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her son, Eric Blazi, Warner Robins; daughter, Ann Fremstad, Pendergrass, GA; brother, Bill Smith, Enola, PA; sister, Dolly Oberholtzer, Pennbrook, PA; grandchildren, Kim, Ric and Kelly Blazi, Jason Fremstad; great-grandchild, Charlie Blazi.
