Douglas Ray Cook

Doug Cook, 56, entered into rest on Saturday, March 23, 2013.

Mr. Cook was born on June 4, 1956 in Alice, Texas. His parents, John and Barbara Cook, preceded him in death.

His memory will forever be treasured by his loving wife Zoe Ann Cook; son, Matthew Whitlock and step-son, Joshua Arceneaux.

Visitation will be Tuesday, March 26, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 27, 2013 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations to Zoe Ann Cook 213 Brookwood Trail Perry, Georgia 31069.
