Dovie Maltz

Dovie Maltz, 84, passed away Saturday, November 15, 2008 at Autumn Terrace.

Mrs. Maltz was born on December 18, 1923, in Dublin, Georgia. Her parents, James and Mary Wright; loving husband, Morris Maltz; sister, Mary Ema Wright; and brothers, Tennyson and Hilary Wright preceded her in death.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her children, Mary and Peter Hodgkins, Perry, and Patricia Provost, Athens; grandchildren, Mary Patricia Provost, Albany, New York, Libby Hodgkins, Providence, Rhode Island, Malcolm Provost, Ben Provost and Jacob Provost of Athens and Peter Michael Hodgkins, Loveland, Colorado.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday, November 18, 2008, at 2:00 p.m. in Shiloh Methodist Church Cemetery with interment following. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Samaritan Clothes Closet, Attn: Judy Lilley, 133 Surrey Place, Perry GA 31069.
