Edna Estelle Knight

Edna Estelle Knight, 77, entered into rest on Sunday, May 15, 2016.

Estelle was born on January 21, 1939 in Telfair County, Georgia to the late Charlie and Reva Powell Swain. She was employed in the Meat Department at Kroger on Hartley Bridge Road for over 25 years. Estelle always loved shopping and most of all time spent with her beloved family.

Along with her parents, her husband of fifty-six years, John B. Knight, Sr., and brother, Calvin Swain, preceded her in death.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her son, John B. Knight, Jr. "Benjie" (Carla); daughter, Bamalynn Wright; grandchildren, Brandy Gillis (Jonathan), Sherrod Gillis, Brittany Knight, Hunter Dunlap (Jessica); great-grandchildren, Carly Dunlap, M. J. Sandoval; sister, Leona Cameron; brother, Willie Swain (Teresa).

Visitation Estelle's family will be Tuesday, May 17, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 in the Chapel of McCullough. Following the service, Mrs. Knight will be laid to rest in Parkway Memorial Gardens next to her late husband, John B. Knight, Sr.
