Elda May Maurizi

Elda May (Whitcomb) Maurizi, 87, passed away on Thursday, September 30, 2004 at the Medical Center of Central Georgia. Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, October 4, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment following in Parkway Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Sunday from 6 until 8 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home.

Mrs. Maurizi was born in Kewanee, IL. She was a member of First United Methodist Church. She was a member of the Parkway Seniors Bowling League and a former State Champion for her age group. Her parents, Charles Wesley Whitcomb and Clara Butler Whitcomb, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her husband of 67 years, Rudolph Maurizi, Warner Robins; sons; Dr Charles Maurizi, Bonaire, and Kenneth R. Maurizi, Galesburg, IL; 5 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
