Eleanor Helena Watson

Eleanor Watson, at the impressive age of 101 years old, peacefully passed away at Summerhill Nursing Home with her family by her side.

Eleanor was born on November 27, 1917 in Newark, New Jersey to the late Alexander Jesse and Otillie Jesse. She was a member of the Eastern Star (Martha Berry Chapter) and the Robins Ramblers. Eleanor enjoyed living life to the fullest. She loved playing cards, square dancing, and most of all spending time with her family and friends whom she loved dearly.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her children, Brenda McElmurray of Warner Robins, and Billy Watson (Letecia) of Villa Rica; grandchildren, Richard Bussell, William Todd Watson, and Wendy Carlene Watson; and great grandchildren, Kiana, Melia, Alania, and Reed.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday 11, 2019 in the chapel of Magnolia Park Cemetery. Afterwards, Mrs. Watson will be laid to rest in Magnolia Park Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given in memory of Eleanor Watson to American Cancer Society at 804 Cherry Street, Suite A, Macon Georgia 31201.
