Elita Louise Castillo

Elita Louise Castillo, 70, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on Saturday, February 3, 2007.

Ms. Castillo was born on June 23, 1936 in West Newbury, MA. She was of the Baptist faith. A loving, selfless mother, her true passion was her loving family. She always went above and beyond to ensure her children knew how much they were loved and admired. She truly enjoyed life and spending time with her family. She volunteered at the Warner Robins Humane Society. Her parents, Frank and Lillian Child, preceded her in death.

She will be missed by her children, Angie Hall (Dave), Warner Robins; Michael Castillo, Tampa, FL; Peter “Pete” Castillo (Deborah), San Diego, CA; Richard Castillo (Victoria), McDonough; Amelia “Amy” McKinney (Jay), Atlanta; James Castillo (Jackie), Perry; twelve grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and brothers, David and Marshall Child, of Manchester.

Visitation will be Wednesday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 8, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. The family suggests donations be made to the Warner Robins Humane Society 206 Bay Street Warner Robins, GA 31093.
