Eunice M. Floyd

Eunice M. Floyd, 95, entered into rest on Sunday, March 17, 2013.

Mrs. Floyd was born on January 10, 1918 in Portsmouth, Virginia. She was of the Methodist faith. Eunice was a loving mother and wonderful homemaker, her kind spirit will be remembered by all who knew and loved her. Her husband, George Alvin Floyd, and her parents, Benjamin Corbin Wilkins and Ava Speight Wilkins, all preceded her in death.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her children, Carol F. Wagner, Napa, California; Curtis R. Floyd (Liz), Henderson, North Carolina; Fred C. Floyd, (Sallie), Eatonton, Georgia; Harold E. Floyd (Lea), Warner Robins, Georgia; eight grandchildren, Lyn Gagetta, Janet Wagner, both of Napa, California; Carl Wagner, Dallas, Texas; Kathy F. Nixon, Winston Salem, North Carolina; Kevin Floyd, Elizabeth City, North Carolina; Mollie F. Flowe, Durham, North Carolina; Julianne F. Ward Welshpool, Wales, United Kingdom; Jason J. Floyd, Kathleen, Georgia; and thirteen great grandchildren.

Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations to the Hazel Colson Hospice House Fund at Heart of Georgia Hospice, 103 Westridge Drive, Warner Robins, Georgia 31088.
