Faye T. Blanchard, 73, entered into rest on Tuesday, May 14, 2013.

Faye was born on August 17, 1939 in Pelham, Georgia. She retired from Civil Service at Robins Air Force Base and was a member of All Saints Episcopal Church. Faye was an avid reader, loved to fish, and was a huge baseball fan. She was also a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution. Her parents, Jinks and Constance Strickland Thompson; and siblings, Rachel Logan, Betty Jo Clark, Bill Thompson and JR Thompson, Jr., preceded her in death.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her loving daughter, Susan Mower and grandson, Joseph Mower, both of Warner Robins; sister, Ann Duckworth (Grady), Poulan, Georgia; brother, Ralph Thompson (Linda), Sylvester, Georgia; many loving nieces and nephews; and her beloved dog and constant companion, Baby.

Visitation will be Thursday, May 16, 2013 from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Graveside Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, May 17, 2013 in Magnolia Park Cemetery with interment immediately following.
