Florence Marinda Potter

Florence Marinda Potter, 83, departed this life at her residence Monday, February 16, 2004. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 19 at 2:00 p.m .at the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Entombment will follow at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 12:00 until 2:00 Thursday, February 19 at McCullough Funeral Home.

Mrs. Potter was born in Ellaville, GA to the late Willie Bradley and Eva Mae Bell McElhenney. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon C. Potter.

Survivors include her grandson, William L. Shi III (Cindy), Warner Robins; sister, Lucille Blackmon, Tallahassee, FL; brother-in-law, Rodolph Usry, Americus; grandsons, Brian Keith Shi, Warner Robins, and Eric Shi, Fort Valley; granddaughters, Stacy Dixon, Macon, and Tracy Shi, Chatsworth, TN; and 15 great-grandchildren.
