Frances Hampton

Frances Hampton passed away on Saturday, December 15, 2007.

Mrs. Hampton was born in Lyons, Georgia on May 8, 1930. She retired from Southern Bell as a Service Representative and was a member of Green Acres Baptist Church. Her husband, Glenn Hampton, and parents, Memphis Blaxton and Lizzie Hardee Blaxton preceded her in death.

Survivors include her daughters, Frances L. Smith (George), Warner Robins; Jo Ann Smith (Bedford), Conyers; Sherry Hampton, Melbourne, Florida; son, Terry Hampton (Angela), Macon; six grandsons; eight great-grandchildren; brothers, M.D. Blaxton, Warner Robins; Doyle Blaxton, Roberta and Dewey Blaxton, Pembroke.

Visitation will be Tuesday, December 18, 2007, from 7 until 9 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 19, 2007, in McCullough Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow in Magnolia Park Cemetery.
