Gerald D. Pearson

Gerald D. Pearson, 63, passed away on Monday, January 3, 2005. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 6, at the Chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment following in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. Pastor Felix Camps and Pastor Floyd McKeel will officiate. Visitation will be 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 5 at McCullough Funeral Home.

Mr. Pearson was born on February 6, 1941 in North Carolina to the late Raymond Pearson and Hattie Spivey Metcalf. He was a devoted husband, loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Mr. Pearson was a member of Liberty Baptist Church and was self-employed as a building contractor. Preceding him in death was daughter, Tonya Pearson.

Survivors include, wife of 36 years, Delores Pearson, Warner Robins; daughter, Carolyn Sheldon (Billy), Warner Robins; daughter, Karen Akers (Brian), Macon; son, David Pearson, Byron; son, Kenneth Pearson (Donna), North Carolina; sister, Linda Rogers, North Carolina; sister, Mary Brown, North Carolina; sister, Grace McGrew, North Carolina; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
