Heidi Jackson

July 2, 1970 — January 15, 2022

Heidi Jackson, 51, passed away on Saturday, January 15, 2022. She was known and loved by many. She was fun, had a quirky sense of humor, and was such a sweet and gentle soul. Heidi wore many hats. Her most treasured role was being Angel's mama. Those two were BFFs.

She was a dedicated mother and teacher and wanted the best for her girl! She had an artistic flair for making jewelry and made a business of it in honor of Angel. Angel has decided to carry on Heidi’s legacy and continue the business, Angel’s Bead Haven.

Heidi was the wife of the late Brian Jackson and youngest sister of Renate Bittick and Ginger (Johnny) Butts. The three sisters endured much loss together over the last few years and became closer through it. She was the "fun" aunt to Stephanie (Heath) Tankersley, Brittany (Grady) Rikard, Kenny Bittick, Cody Butts, and Kyle Butts, Quintin Jones, and Justin Jones. A newly acquired role was a great aunt to Anna, Allie, and Riley Rikard. But if you asked Heidi, she knew she was THE great aunt!

Although life wasn't easy for Heidi, she never stayed down and always had a smile on her face. She was a strong woman. She was a loyal friend to so many, which is evident in the outpouring of love her family is currently experiencing.

Visitation with Heidi’s family will be Tuesday, January 18, 2022, from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home with the funeral service beginning at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel. Following the service, Heidi will be laid to rest in Magnolia Park Cemetery.

For friends and family unable to attend, the service will be streamed live via the McCullough Funeral Home Facebook page at www.facebook.com/mcculloughfuneralhome/live/.
