Helen Cummings Hinnant died Monday, August 26, 2002 at Perry Hospital. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, August 29 at 12:00 pm in Oakland Cemetery in Waycross, GA.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to Warner Robins High School, 401 South Davis Drive, Warner Robins, Georgia, 31088.
Mrs. Hinnant was born in Ashburn, Georgia. She was a homemaker and a member of New Hope Baptist Church in Jones County. Her husband, James Thomas Hinnant, and parents, Virgil and Lass Goff Cummings, preceded her in death.
Survivors include her two sons, Edwin Hinnant, Tampa, FL; and Tony Hinnant, Warner Robins; grandson, Mike Hinnant, Tampa; grandson, Shannon Hinnant, Fairfax, VA; granddaughter, Tonya Hinnant, Tampa; grandson, Blake Hinnant, Fountain Valley, CA; and four great-grandchildren.
McCullough Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.

I-75 South to Tifton/Waycross Exit; turn left onto Hwy 82 East. Take Hwy82E into Waycross. At 1st light in Waycross, turn left. At the next light turn right. Pass 4 stoplights; turn left at the 5th light onto Plant Ave. Cemetery will be on left ~1 mi.
