Homer Hooper

Homer Hooper, 83, passed away on Tuesday, January 23, 2007.

Mr. Hooper was born on July 13, 1923 in Piedmont, SC. A resident of Warner Robins since 1947, he was a life member of the V.F.W. He was a member of Central Baptist Church for thirty five years. A WWII veteran, Mr. Hooper served in the Navy Air Corps from 1941-1946. An equipment specialist, he retired from civil service at Robins Air Force Base where he had been employed for thirty three years. He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Kendrick Hooper, and his parents, Emanuel and Mattie Hooper.

Survivors include his children, Evelyn L. Temple, Augusta, GA; Patricia Diane Angerman, St. Louis, MO; Leon Hooper, Macon, GA; three grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Visitation will be Thursday evening from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, January 26, in Magnolia Park Cemetery.
