Horace Andrew Jackson

Horace Andrew Jackson, 84, died Monday April 1 at his home. Services will be held at 1:00pm on Thursday, April 4 at Oakland Baptist Church with interment following in Magnolia Park Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 6:00 until 8:00pm at McCullough Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions to Hospice of Houston County 2066 Watson Blvd. Warner Robins, GA 31093.

Mr. Jackson was born in Houston County. He was retired from the Houston County Board of Education. A member of Oakland Baptist Church, he was a Deacon Emeritus. Mr. Jackson was also a Mason. He was preceded in death by his wife, Bessie T. Jackson; and parents, Andrew “Bunk” Jackson and Mattie Lou Jackson.

Survivors include his nephew, Tommy Jackson; and niece, Cathy Stokes, both of Warner Robins; along with several other nieces and nephews.
