Howard Thomas Barry, Jr.

Howard Thomas Barry, Jr., 68, passed into the loving arms of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday, April 22, 2015.

Howard was born on May 2, 1946 in Houston, Texas to the late Howard Thomas Barry, Sr. and Gladys Grant Barry. Following his high school graduation, Howard joined the United States Navy. He went on to work with the Warner Robins Fire Department for a short time before working with the United States Postal Service where he was most recently employed.

In his free time, Howard enjoyed muscle cars, drag racing, was a Georgia Bulldogs fan, and an avid bass fisherman. He also attended culinary school and was a wonderful storyteller.

His memory will forever be treasured by his loving sons, Grant Barry and Drew Barry (Jenna), both of Warner Robins; one grandchild; sister, Jacque Webb of Perry; and former wife, Sharon.

Visitation will be Saturday, April 25, 2015, from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home with a memorial service beginning at 12:00 p.m. in the chapel. Interment will be private.
