Irene Maria Tweed

Irene Maria Tweed, 66, passed away on Monday, April 2, 2007.

Mrs. Tweed was born on May 4, 1940 in Auenrode, Germany. A wonderful seamstress, she owned Irene’s Custom Tailor for thirty three years. She was a member of the German/American Club and was of the Catholic Faith. Her parents, Alfred and Helene Lukas Seidel, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her husband of forty seven years, Dewey Harold Tweed, Warner Robins; son, Charles A. Tweed (Millie), Gilbert, AZ; daughter, Sharon A. Matsie (Michael), Warner Robins; brother, Wolfgang Seidel, Bayreuth, Germany; sisters, Christa Welsch, Muenchberg, Germany, Annemarie Scholl, Hof, Germany; and one step grandchild, Charlie Rivera, Chandler, AZ.

Visitation will be Thursday evening from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, April 6, 2007, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment following in Magnolia Park Cemetery.
