Jacqueline Ortiz, 41, passed away on Wednesday, March 1, 2006 at the Medical Center of Central Georgia. Services will be held at 6:00 PM on Saturday, March 4, 2006, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Donor’s Choice.
