James A. Halley, Sr.

James A. Halley, Sr., 66, passed away on Sunday, April 11, 2004 at the Houston Medical Center. Services will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, April 14, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Visitation will be Tuesday from 6 until 8 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home.

Mr. Halley was born in Tazwell, GA. He was the Krispy Kreme manager for twenty five years. He was a former member of the Centerville Lions Club and he also served in the United States Army Infantry. His parents, Henry Benjamin and Gladys Irene Halley, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his wife, Charlene Halley, Centerville; daughters, Renee Long, Perry, Mitzi Martin, Monroeville, AL, Jeannie Warner, Macon; son, James A. Halley, Jr., Warner Robins; brother, William Allen Halley, Newnan; sister, Judy McIlwraith, Americus; grandchildren, Dustin Chad Alligood, Perry, Brittany Martin, Monroeville, AL, Brooke Martin, Monroeville, AL, Cody Warner, Macon, Chelsea Long, Perry.
