Jane Ruth Gore

Jane Ruth “Ruthie” Gore, 18, passed away on Friday, September 3, 2004 at Perry Hospital. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, September 6, at First Baptist Church Kathleen with interment following in Magnolia Park Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, September 5, from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church Kathleen, Building Fund, 101 Bear Branch Road, Kathleen, GA 31047.

After attending Warner Robins High School, Miss Gore received a full scholarship to Middle Georgia College in Cochran where she played softball. She also played for many American Little League teams, the Warner Robins High School Spftball Team and for the traveling Georgia Heat team. Miss Gore was a member of First Baptist Church Kathleen.

Survivors include, mother, Donna Mullikin (Joseph), Gray; father, Stephen Gore, Perry; sister, Holly Ann Gore, Ft. Valley; brother, William Justin Gore, Perry; grandmother, Jane Gore, Leesburg; aunt, Hazel Stewart, Warner Robins; nephews, Victor and Landon Gore, Ft. Valley; many aunts, uncles and cousins.
